  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 Scallions, sliced for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, toasted for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
