  • 1 medium Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1
