  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0 as needed Cooking spray
  • 4 Light whole-grain sandwich buns
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Tomato slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, red onion, parsley, garlic, feta cheese, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
