  • 1 as needed cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 3

Cut each phyllo dough sheet into 4 squares, layering two squares together per tart with a slight rotation to form a star-like shape.

Step 4

Place each layered phyllo square into a muffin tin cup, pressing gently to form a cup shape. Spray the phyllo cups lightly with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before filling.

In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, powdered sugar, low-fat cream cheese, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 7

Spoon the chocolate mixture evenly into each cooled phyllo cup.

Step 8

Top each tart with a mixture of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Step 9

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
