  • 1 piece (about 8 inches) Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup, chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Anchovy paste (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, then season on both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken breast on the grill pan or skillet for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
