  • 1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.5 cups beef broth, low sodium
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; avoid overmixing.

Step 2

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2-inch thick.
