Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Weetbix
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup Plain flour
  • 125 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1.5 cups Icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra cocoa powder (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (for icing)
  • 20 grams Extra unsalted butter (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons Extra desiccated coconut (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a rectangular slice tin (approximately 28cm x 18cm) with baking paper.

Crumble the Weetbix into a large mixing bowl.

Add cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, sugar, and plain flour to the bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together until combined.

Melt the butter over low heat on the stovetop or in the microwave. Once melted, pour it into the dry ingredients along with the milk.
