Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper with non-stick spray.

In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
