Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds, until you have 4 cups worth.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes with the lime juice, honey, and mint leaves.

Step 3

Blend the mixture until it's completely smooth.

Step 4

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

Step 5

Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for the mixture to expand as it freezes.

Step 6

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.

Step 7

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Step 8

To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen them.
