Ingredients

  • 4 cups (cubed) Seedless watermelon
  • 1.5 cups Silver tequila
  • 0.5 cups Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cups Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup
  • 3 cups Ice
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Cut the seedless watermelon into cubes and measure out 4 cups.

Step 2

Place the watermelon cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl or pitcher to remove pulp.

Step 3

In a small dish, spread 2 tablespoons of salt evenly. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each margarita glass, then dip the rims into the salt to coat them. Set aside.

Step 4

In the blender, combine the strained watermelon juice, silver tequila, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, agave syrup, and 1 cup of ice. Blend until well mixed and chilled.
