Ingredients

  • 1 medium (peeled and sliced) Cucumber

  • 1 cup Silver tequila
  • 0.5 cup Orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder (optional)
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 4 pieces (for garnish) Lime wedges
  • 4 pieces (for garnish) Watermelon slices

Directions

Step 1

In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and cucumber slices. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. Set the juice aside.
