In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.
Add the black tea bags to the boiling water, remove from heat, and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and return the pot to medium heat.
Stir in the apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, and brown sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, star anise, ground nutmeg, lemon slices, and orange slices to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
