  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon Additional wasabi paste (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Chop the salmon fillets finely or pulse briefly in a food processor until they are coarsely ground. Avoid turning it into a paste.
