Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 150 grams Mixed greens
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 1 small Red chili

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
