Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup large shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat, lump or claw
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish lightly or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, cooked and chopped shrimp, and crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.

Step 4

Mix in the minced garlic, sliced green onions, hot sauce, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.

Step 5

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the edges are slightly golden.

Step 7

Optional: Turn your broiler on for the last 2 minutes of baking to achieve a perfectly golden top.

Step 8

Carefully remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Step 9

Serve warm with baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
