Ingredients

  • 300 grams Brie cheese
  • 115 grams Cream cheese
  • 85 grams Prosciutto
  • 15 grams Butter
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 ml Brandy
  • 60 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 optional Baguette or crackers (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Remove the rind from the Brie cheese and cut the Brie into small cubes. Set aside.

Step 3

Finely chop the prosciutto and set aside.

Step 4

In a medium oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 5

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Step 6

Stir in the chopped prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 7

Add the cubed Brie cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and smooth.

Step 8

Pour the brandy into the skillet and mix well, allowing it to simmer for 1-2 minutes to cook off the alcohol.

Step 9

Stir in the chopped rosemary and black pepper.

Step 10

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.

Step 11

Remove from the oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately with slices of baguette or your favorite crackers.
