  • 8 slices French or sourdough bread, sliced

  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese, thyme, parsley, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined and creamy.

Step 2
