Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Crushed Oreo cookies
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly before whisking in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, whisking after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and 1.5 cups of the crushed Oreos, reserving 0.5 cup of Oreos for topping.
