  • 2.25 tsp Instant yeast
  • 70 g Chopped walnuts
  • 70 g Sultanas (golden raisins)

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water, salt, honey, and unsalted butter to the bread machine pan.

Layer the bread flour and dry milk powder on top of the liquid ingredients, ensuring the dry ingredients completely cover the liquids.

Create a small well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the instant yeast. Ensure the yeast does not come in direct contact with the liquids at this stage.
