  • 3 large (cut into chunks) carrots
  • 2 cut into chunks celery stalks
  • 1 piece bay leaf

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 2

Pat the turkey drumsticks dry with paper towels and season them with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Brown the drumsticks on all sides in the skillet for about 5 minutes per side, then remove them and set aside.
