Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and milk.

Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon or whisk until you get a smooth but sticky dough. Avoid overmixing.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Place a spaetzle maker or colander with large holes over the pot.
