  • 2 stalks green onions

Directions

Step 1

Remove any damaged outer leaves from the green cabbage. Cut the cabbage into thin slices or shreds and set aside.

Peel and finely mince the garlic and ginger. Finely chop the green onions and set them aside for garnish.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
