  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (for pickling)
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 Cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 4 Burger buns

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the carrots and daikon radish. In another bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, water, and salt for pickling. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and let them sit for 20 minutes while preparing the other components.
