Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed peanuts (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the fish sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and warm water.

Step 2

Place the saucepan over low heat and whisk the mixture until the peanut butter is fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth (about 2 minutes). Do not let it boil.
