Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Rice flour
  • 0.5 cup Cornstarch
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Chopped red chilies

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the rice flour and cornstarch together. Coat each chicken wing thoroughly in the mixture and place them on a plate.
