Ingredients

  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 175 grams all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 150 grams dark chocolate

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and powdered sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and beat until well combined.

Step 4

Sift the all-purpose flour and cornstarch together in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
