  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt (for frosting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
