Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 0.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
