  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Chicken or seafood stock
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 12 ounces Linguine
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, pat the shrimp and scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and black pepper.
