  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Whipped cream, for topping
  • 0.25 cups Chocolate shavings or curls (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
