  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons white pepper

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg white, cornstarch, and salt to create a velveting marinade.
