  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and green bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
