Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chinese egg noodles
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 100 grams Carrots, julienned
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100 grams Snow peas, trimmed
  • 150 grams Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the Chinese egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until smooth and set the sauce aside.

Step 3

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
