  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions. This typically takes about 20-25 minutes. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.
