  • 3.5 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 medium Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 0.5 medium Red onion (finely diced)
  • 0.75 cup Spinach (chopped)
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Add all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, warm water, and vegetable oil to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Step 2

Set the bread machine to the 'dough' cycle and start it. Allow the machine to mix, knead, and proof the dough until the cycle completes.

Step 3

While the dough is mixing, prepare the filling ingredients by chopping the bell pepper, red onion, and spinach into small pieces. Combine them in a bowl with the shredded mozzarella cheese.

In a separate small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
