  • 227 g Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Carrot, finely shredded
  • 0.5 Red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 0.5 Cucumber, finely diced
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.

Step 3

Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Step 4

Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese.
