  • 2 units green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dried noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking, and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
