  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Sliced tomato
  • 4 slices Sliced red onion
  • 8 pieces Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons Your favorite burger sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth but with some texture remaining.

Add the cooked quinoa, rolled oats, onion, grated carrot, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
