Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Plant-based burger patties
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 8 pieces Cheddar cheese slices (vegetarian-friendly)
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetarian mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups French fries
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into thin rounds, separate lettuce leaves, and slice the red onion into rings. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Step 3

Season the plant-based burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then cook them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

In the final minute of cooking, place two slices of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in another dry skillet or toaster for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
