  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.25 cups Water
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
  • 0.5 cups Sour cream
  • 0.5 cups Salsa
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0.25 cups Jalapeño slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Sauté the diced onions until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
