  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 4 wedges Lime wedges (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
