Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Plant-based pork strips
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoison sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

Step 3

Add the plant-based pork strips to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the plant-based pork strips to the skillet with the vegetables.
