  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls or French bread
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce or tamari, lime juice, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Add the plant-based steak strips, toss to coat, and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
