Ingredients

  • 200 grams Plant-based steak strips
  • 200 grams Plant-based chicken pieces
  • 3 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 piece Medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 pieces Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 3 pieces Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the plant-based steak strips to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the plant-based chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes until golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the steak strips.

Step 4

Add the sesame oil to the skillet, followed by the chopped onion, carrots, and minced garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables soften.

Step 5

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Crack the eggs into the other side and scramble them until fully cooked, about 2 minutes.

Mix the eggs and vegetables together, then add the cooked rice into the skillet.
