Ingredients

  • 300 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams, crumbled feta cheese
  • 50 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons paprika

Directions

Step 1

Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and squeeze out all excess water, then chop finely.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, crumbled feta, and all-purpose flour.

Step 3

Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined and can be shaped into patties.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
