  • 8 slices smoked vegetarian turkey slices
  • 4 slices whole grain sandwich bread

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the aioli. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Wash and dry the vegetables. Slice the tomato and cucumber into thin rounds, and thinly slice the red onion.
