  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to form a slurry. Set aside.

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
