  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear. Set aside to drain.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and dice the carrot into small cubes. Core and dice the red bell pepper. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
