Ingredients

  • 1 package (2 sheets) Puff pastry sheets
  • 8 slices Vegetarian turkey-style deli slices
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions. Once thawed, roll each sheet out on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any folds.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with Dijon mustard until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over one of the puff pastry sheets, leaving a small border around the edges.

Place 4 slices of vegetarian turkey-style deli slices over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped green onions on top.
