  • 60 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by mincing the garlic and grating the ginger. Set these aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry and stir it into the soy sauce mixture. Set the sauce aside.

Slice the red bell pepper thinly and chop the green onions. Set aside.
